KINGDOM HEARTS SERIES SHIPS OVER 10 MILLION WORLDWIDE

LOS ANGELES (February 5, 2007) &mdash Square Enix, Inc., the publisher of Square Enix™ interactive entertainment products in North America, and Buena Vista Games, Inc. (BVG), the interactive entertainment affiliate of The Walt Disney Company (NYSE: DIS) announced today that their KINGDOM HEARTS series of action role-playing games has shipped more than 10 million units worldwide, making it one of the top game series in the world. Released to chart-topping sales in 2006, KINGDOM HEARTS II is the sequel to KINGDOM HEARTS, one of the top ten best-selling PlayStation®2 computer entertainment system titles of all time in North America (Source: The NPD Group, March 2006).

The KINGDOM HEARTS series was created by the collaboration of Disney's Buena Vista Games and Square Enix in 2002. With two titles for the PlayStation 2 system and one title for the Game Boy® Advance, the KINGDOM HEARTS games see the player stepping into the shoes of the heroic Sora, who adventures alongside favorite Disney characters. The KINGDOM HEARTS series also features theme songs performed by international recording artist Hikaru Utada.

FINAL FANTASY FABLES: CHOCOBO TALES ANNOUNCED FOR NORTH AMERICA

Chocobos Explode Onto the Nintendo DS™ with a Plethora of Minigames That Push the Touch Screen to the Limit
LOS ANGELES (February 20, 2007) &mdash Square Enix, Inc., the publisher of Square Enix™ interactive entertainment products in North America, announced today that FINAL FANTASY® FABLES: CHOCOBO TALES (CHOCOBO TALES) is currently in development exclusively for the Nintendo DS and will ship to retailers across North America on April 3, 2007.

"The chocobos and all their friends are going to explode onto the Nintendo DS," said Executive Producer Shinji Hashimoto. "Since the game contains references to the series going back as far as FINAL FANTASY, I am confident that fans of both FINAL FANTASY and Nintendo alike will enjoy this exciting title."

CHOCOBO TALES takes place in a fun and enchanting world filled with trademark characters from the FINAL FANTASY franchise. Featuring innovative stylus and Touch Screen functionality, players will challenge dozens of minigames and microgames as they embark on a journey to rescue their lost friends and restore peace to the land.
