This fast-paced action RPG prequel to FULLMETAL ALCHEMIST™ and the Broken Angel is the second installment in the FULLMETAL ALCHEMIST™ series. Exclusively for the PlayStation®2 computer entertainment system, FULLMETAL ALCHEMIST 2 follows the story of the anime series, which airs on Cartoon Network's Adult Swim programming.

Key features of FULLMETAL ALCHEMIST 2 include an enhanced and highly intuitive alchemy system, beautifully rendered cel-shaded graphics, and nearly 30 minutes of original animation created specifically for the game. Greatly improved modeling and animation bring Ed and Al to life like never before. FULLMETAL ALCHEMIST 2 begins in Lior, the desert city that the Elric brothers, Edward and Alphonse, encounter in the first episode of the anime series. Just as the brothers are unveiling the secrets of a cult called Leto, they engage in a battle with creatures from the unknown. Immediately after this, they encounter a mysterious woman who hands the brothers a ring and then disappears without a trace.

Based on the Japanese anime and manga series, FULLMETAL ALCHEMIST made its way to America, beginning with episodic programming on Cartoon Network's Adult Swim. LOS ANGELES, California (July 18, 2005) — Square Enix, Inc., the publisher of Square Enix™ interactive entertainment products in North America, announced today that RADIATA STORIES™ will ship to retailers September 6, 2005, exclusively for the PlayStation®2 computer entertainment system. RADIATA STORIES is the latest fantasy RPG developed by tri-Ace Inc., developers of Valkyrie Profile® and the Star Ocean™ series and takes gamers on a non-linear adventure through a fully interactive world.
